Thomas S. Proctor, MD, FACEP

Dr. Proctor is a native Daytonian who has devoted his career to the pursuit of excellence in emergency medicine for Kettering Health Network. He has served as medical director both in the ED and for several local EMS agencies, and has an active role in hospital medical staff leadership. He serves as president of Prestige Billing Services, Inc and has an active role in the documentation, coding, billing and compliance aspects of daily operations.
